Entscheidend f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des Projekts TwinSim ist, dass der digitale Zwilling die operativen und dispositiven Aufgaben und Prozesse der Containerterminals unterst\u00fctzt und dar\u00fcber hinaus, u.\u202fa., durch Anwendung einer simulationsbasierten Optimierung, resiliente und umweltfreundlichere Abl\u00e4ufe gew\u00e4hrleistet. Dazu wurden Use Cases aus dem operativen Betrieb des Containerterminals im Rahmen von Workshops mithilfe von Design Thinking Methoden erfasst, anhand einer Nutzwertanalyse bewertet und f\u00fcr eine Umsetzung ausgew\u00e4hlt. Die vorgestellte Vorgehensweise beschreibt zudem Ans\u00e4tze, die zur Festlegung der Umsetzungsreihenfolge verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen und Synergieeffekte zwischen den Use Cases auf Basis der verf\u00fcgbaren IoT-Ger\u00e4te ber\u00fccksichtigen.
