Um von den neuen Technologien zu profitieren, m\u00fcssen diese Automobilproduzenten innovative Konzepte f\u00fcr ihren individuellen Unternehmenskontext entwickeln und erproben, ohne dabei den produktiven Betrieb zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Die F\u00e4higkeit eines Unternehmens gleichzeitig innovativ und effizient zu sein, wird als Ambidextrie bezeichnet. Insbesondere bei heutigen Innovationen basierend auf K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz ergeben sich neuartige Fragestellungen, die exploriert und im Innovations- und Technologiemanagement ber\u00fccksichtigt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird das Audi Production Lab (P\u2011Lab) als Praxisbeispiel f\u00fcr erfolgreich praktizierte organisationale Ambidextrie vorgestellt. Das P\u2011Lab bildet als eigenst\u00e4ndige Organisationseinheit das Bindeglied zwischen Technologieexploration und Technologieverwertung in der Audi Produktion. Basierend auf einem praktischen Erfahrungsbericht wird in diesem Beitrag herausgearbeitet, welche neuen Fragestellungen und Herausforderungen K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz in das Ideen- und Innovationsmanagement induziert und wie diese bew\u00e4ltigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf (1)\u00a0der Identifikation von KI-geeigneten Fragestellungen, (2)\u00a0der Entwicklung von KI-Proof-of-Concepts und (3)\u00a0der Implementierung von KI-L\u00f6sungen in einen Produktivbetrieb.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Mit den Ergebnissen richtet sich dieser Beitrag an Technologie- und Innovationsmanager_innen, IT-Strateg_innen und Organisationsentwickler_innen, die K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz f\u00fcr ihr Unternehmen erschlie\u00dfen m\u00f6chten.
