Gro\u00dfe Unternehmen setzen bereits L\u00f6sungen ein, die auf K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz basieren, um ihre Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse sowie Abl\u00e4ufe zu automatisieren und zu optimieren. Um dem zunehmenden Wettbewerbsdruck standhalten zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen deshalb auch mittelst\u00e4ndische Unternehmen mehr und mehr auf KI-L\u00f6sungen setzen. Ein Anwendungsfeld von KI stellt das Natural Language Processing dar, welches vielversprechende M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen von mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen bereith\u00e4lt. KI-Anwendungen aus der Cloud bieten dabei den Vorteil, dass keine eigenen KI-Modelle entwickelt werden m\u00fcssen, sondern auf bereits trainierte Modelle zur\u00fcckgegriffen werden kann. Das erlaubt auch mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen, die keine eigene Machine Learning Abteilung besitzen, KI in ihren Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen einzusetzen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden typische Anwendungsf\u00e4lle f\u00fcr den Mittelstand beschrieben und Anbieter cloud-basierter KI-Anwendungen f\u00fcr NLP \u00fcbersichtsartig in Form eines Markt\u00fcberblicks pr\u00e4sentiert.
