ChatGPT\/GPT\u20114 werden in absehbarer Zeit sehr leistungsf\u00e4hige Assistenzsysteme breit verf\u00fcgbar sein. Diese Assistenzsysteme k\u00f6nnen in verschiedensten Berufsfeldern und f\u00fcr verschiedenste Aufgaben eingesetzt werden. Damit stellen sich Fragen nach (1)\u00a0den Optionen f\u00fcr die Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit von Menschen und KI-Agenten, (2)\u00a0dem Zusammenwirken von menschlicher und k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz und (3)\u00a0den f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit intelligenten Assistenzsystemen erforderlichen Kompetenzen.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Bisherige Modellierungen von KI-Kompetenzen bleiben recht allgemein und sind erkennbar nicht dahingehend spezifiziert, welches Wissen, welche Fertigkeiten und welche Einstellungen es f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Interaktion mit generativen KI-Assistenzsystemen wie beispielsweise ChatGPT, Midjourney oder GitHub Copilot braucht.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Hier setzt der vorliegende Beitrag an, der auf einem deduktiv-konzeptionellen Vorgehen sowie auf der Sichtung und Analyse ausgew\u00e4hlter Literatur in den Forschungsfeldern \u201aHuman-Machine-Collaboration\u2019 und \u201eHybrid Intelligence\u201c basiert.<\/jats:p><jats:p>Im Hinblick auf die Zusammenarbeit von Menschen und KI-Agenten k\u00f6nnen nicht nur unterschiedliche Kooperationstypen und Stufen der Intensit\u00e4t der Zusammenarbeit unterschieden werden. Es k\u00f6nnen auch verschiedene Rollen f\u00fcr KI-Agenten als Teammitglieder unterschieden werden (z.\u202fB. Assistent, Koordinator, Macher, Experte).<\/jats:p><jats:p>Menschen und KI-Agenten bringen in die Zusammenarbeit unterschiedliche St\u00e4rken ein und daraus resultiert eine \u201ehybride Intelligenz\u201c. F\u00fcr die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit braucht es aber auch geeignete Rahmenbedingungen bzw. Haltungen und Einstellungen der beteiligten Menschen (z.\u202fB. ein \u201egrowth mindset\u201c).
