F\u00fcr den Umgang von Menschen mit der Digitalisierung wurden bereits mehrere Typologien mit vier bis sieben Typen bzw. Clustern aufgestellt, wobei dies z.\u202fB. auf Basis der Intensit\u00e4t der Mediennutzung, der Begeisterung f\u00fcr digitale Umbr\u00fcche oder der F\u00e4higkeiten der Besch\u00e4ftigten geschah. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden neun digitale Kompetenzen von <jats:italic>n<\/jats:italic>\u202f=\u2009645 Besch\u00e4ftigten im Rahmen einer Fragebogenstudie (Oktober 2021\u2013April 2022) erfasst. Mithilfe einer Clusteranalyse werden vier typische Profile digitaler Kompetenzen identifiziert, die als (1) begeistertes, (2) balanciertes, (3) naives und (4) ablehnendes Cluster bezeichnet werden. Die vier Cluster zeigen Zusammenh\u00e4nge zu den wahrgenommenen organisationalen Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten, zum Techno-Engagement und zum Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsmerkmal der Offenheit. Sie spiegeln bisherige Forschung zur Typologisierung von Besch\u00e4ftigten im Umgang mit der Digitalisierung pr\u00e4zise wider.
