Daher liefert dieser Artikel basierend auf zw\u00f6lf Experteninterviews ein Framework, welches f\u00fcnf Handlungsfelder sowie dazugeh\u00f6rige konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen aufzeigt, die Unternehmen adressieren m\u00fcssen, um die sozio-technische Fairness von Sprachassistenten zu erzielen. Dabei bauen die Ergebnisse auf dem Konzept der sozio-technischen Fairness auf, erweitern diese jedoch unter der Ber\u00fccksichtigung der spezifischen Eigenschaften und Herausforderungen von Sprachassistenten um konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen.
