Zusammen mit den Megatrends Digitalisierung und demographischer Wandel, sowie regulatorischen Vorschriften, wie z.\u202fB. Exportgesetzen von milit\u00e4rischen G\u00fctern, ist ein hoher Ver\u00e4nderungsdruck entstanden.<\/jats:p>\n          <jats:p>Mittels dieser Fallstudie sollen exemplarisch die aktuellen Ziele, Herausforderungen, L\u00f6sungen und Risiken vieler, meist mittelst\u00e4ndisch gepr\u00e4gter, Verteidigungsunternehmen aufgezeigt werden. Dabei wird dargestellt, wie das Unternehmen agiler, innovativer und digitaler werden soll und wie es den daf\u00fcr erforderlichen Wandel zusammen mit den F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Mitarbeitenden gestalten will.<\/jats:p>\n          <jats:p>Die Fallstudie erl\u00e4utert u.\u202fa., wie mit den Effizienzsteigerungsprogrammen \u201e12\u00a0Monats Challenge\u201c und \u201eP\u202fA\u202fC\u202fE\u201c schon nach 1,5\u00a0Jahren erste Erfolge verbucht werden konnten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden die noch anstehenden grossen Ver\u00e4nderungen in Forschung und Entwicklung, Produktdesign, Beschaffung, Produktion, Vertrieb und Service beschrieben. Hier kommen digitalen L\u00f6sungen wie IT-Kernsystemen, K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, Digital Twins, Gamification und Cyber Security grosse Bedeutung zu.<\/jats:p>\n          <jats:p>Auch organisatorische Ver\u00e4nderungen wie Forschungs- und Entwicklungskooperationen mit verschiedenen Marktteilnehmern werden angesprochen.
