Gemeinsam mit Anwendern aus den Bereichen Sanit\u00e4r, Heizung, Klima, Elektrik und Maler- und Lackierarbeiten wurden Anforderungen und Ziele eruiert. Ziel des hier beschriebenen Virtualisierungskonzepts ist die r\u00e4umliche und zeitliche Flexibilisierung von Handwerksdienstleistungen. Technologien wie Augmented Reality (AR) und KI-Assistenten (Chatbots) k\u00f6nnen dazu beitragen, indem sie die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Beratungsgespr\u00e4chen verbessern und indem Absprachen vor Ort durch Fernunterst\u00fctzung flexibilisiert werden. Erfahrene Fachkr\u00e4fte k\u00f6nnen bspw. ortsunabh\u00e4ngig Mitarbeitende vor Ort unterst\u00fctzen. Eine erste Feldstudie zeigt hierzu sowohl akzeptanzf\u00f6rdernde als auch hemmende Faktoren. Die Fernunterst\u00fctzung durch AR unterst\u00fctzt Fragen auf Baustellen effizient zu kl\u00e4ren und f\u00f6rdert den Informationsaustausch zwischen Durchf\u00fchrung und Planungsb\u00fcro. Das System bietet neben Flexibilisierung und Zeitersparnis Chancen f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende mit gesundheitlich besonderen Anforderungen, Wissen und Erfahrungen weiterzugeben. Ein hemmender Faktor ist die oft sperrige Hardware in Kombination mit den besonderen Eigenschaften der Arbeitsorte. Entwicklungsarbeiten werden sich daher zuk\u00fcnftig auf mobilere Systeme konzentrieren. Zus\u00e4tzlich verbessern Chatbots die zeitliche Flexibilisierung. Ein Praxiseinsatz zeigt eine gute Antwortqualit\u00e4t von Kundenanfragen und Potenzial in der Neukundenakquise sowie einer vereinfachteren Terminfindung.
