Dies gilt auch f\u00fcr automatisierte F\u00fchrungssysteme, die als Informationssysteme im Personalbereich betrachtet werden k\u00f6nnen. Bei der automatisierten F\u00fchrung \u00fcbernehmen intelligente Agenten F\u00fchrungsaufgaben, die bisher von Menschen ausgef\u00fchrt wurden. Dies k\u00f6nnen zum Beispiel F\u00fchrungsaufgaben wie die Aufgabenverteilung oder das Leistungsfeedback an Mitarbeiter sein. Der Einsatz von automatisierter F\u00fchrung ist in Unternehmen der Gig-Economy wie MTurk weit verbreitet. In traditionellen Organisationen ist der Einsatz bisher weniger verbreitet. Durch die zunehmende Verlagerung der Arbeitsweise hin zum selbstst\u00e4ndigen Arbeiten mit digitalen Medien im Homeoffice wird der Einsatz von automatisierten F\u00fchrungssystemen in konventionellen Unternehmen prinzipiell m\u00f6glich. Um zuk\u00fcnftig die erfolgreiche Implementierung dieser Technologie in konventionellen Unternehmen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, untersucht dieser Beitrag die Erfolgsfaktoren der Implementierung der automatisierten F\u00fchrung. Dazu wurden qualitative, halbstandardisierte Interviews mit 24\u00a0deutschen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass die Akzeptanz der Nutzer eine zentrale Rolle spielt.
