Eine ihrer Haupteffekte ist die Verbesserung der Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzung in Organisationen. Die u.\u202fa. wichtigsten Informationssysteme zur Unterst\u00fctzung des Managements sind dabei Performance-Management-Systeme (PMS), insbesondere wird der Einsatz von Softwareanwendungen zur Automatisierung von PMS gefordert. Dieser Beitrag sammelt in einem strukturierten Review erste Forschungsergebnisse zu Anforderungen an PMS und bereits nutzbarer Softwarel\u00f6sungen. Im Ergebnis lassen sich spezialisierte L\u00f6sungen finden, die allerdings bestehende Nachteile nicht \u00fcberwinden sowie generelle Ans\u00e4tze, deren Einsatz im Bereich der PMS noch nicht verbreitet ist.
