Unternehmen etablieren IT-Business-Partner-Organisationen (IT-BPOs), um diese Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation auf Augenh\u00f6he strukturiert zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dieser Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die Herausforderungen von IT-BPOs in Unternehmen zu verstehen und relevante Erfolgsfaktoren abzuleiten. Fallstudien mit zwei Unternehmen identifizieren die \u201eQualit\u00e4t der Arbeitsergebnisse\u201c sowie die \u201eZusammenarbeit innerhalb der IT-BPO und an den Schnittstellen zur IT-Abteilung und dem Business\u201c als zentrale Herausforderungen. Um diese zu bew\u00e4ltigen, zeigt der Beitrag basierend auf den 17\u00a0identifizierten Erfolgsfaktoren drei L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze auf, wie Unternehmen eine wirksame IT-BPO nachhaltig etablieren: Governance als IT-BPO-Rahmen, strukturierte Dialoge f\u00fcr die Kommunikation, Enterprise Architecture Management f\u00fcr Ergebniskonsolidierung und -tracking. Praktiker erhalten dadurch Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr die Umsetzung einer IT-BPO im Unternehmen.
