Davon gibt es viele, spezifische f\u00fcr Nonprofit-Organisationen fehlen oder sind entweder weniger wissenschaftlich oder kaum praxistauglich. In diesem Artikel wird ein Reifegradmodell f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation in Nonprofit-Organisationen vorgestellt, methodisch unterlegt und seine Anwendung in der Praxis als Tool im Sinne des IT Business Alignment diskutiert. Das Reifegradmodell f\u00fcr die digitale Transformation in Nonprofit-Organisationen macht das Thema greifbar, strukturiert es und hilft, St\u00e4rken, Schw\u00e4chen sowie Priorit\u00e4ten zu identifizieren. Es erleichtert den Austausch innerhalb der Organisation und f\u00f6rdert ein gemeinsames Verst\u00e4ndnis der digitalen Transformation. Die Reifegradanalyse kann auf verschiedenen Ebenen eingesetzt werden \u2013\u00a0zwischen Organisationseinheiten, innerhalb der Leitung oder mit operativen Mitarbeitenden\u00a0\u2013 um Strategien zu entwickeln und den Fortschritt zu messen.
