Durch die Implementierung und anschlie\u00dfende Evaluation einzelner Handlungsfelder mittels User Shadowing und Fokusgruppen konnten wichtige Erkenntnisse f\u00fcr eine geschlechtergerechte Unterst\u00fctzung von Lernprozessen f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen gewonnen werden. Diese liefern Grundlagen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Lernplattformen und geben Anregungen f\u00fcr die Gestaltung von diversit\u00e4tssensiblen IT-Artefakten. Ziel ist es, Lernplattformen f\u00fcr unterrepr\u00e4sentierte Gruppen in IT-Berufen attraktiver zu gestalten und Lernprozesse durch die \u00dcberwindung von Ungleichheiten zug\u00e4nglicher zu machen, ohne dabei den Nutzen f\u00fcr die bisher \u00fcberrepr\u00e4sentierte Gruppe zu mindern. Mit den Ergebnissen wird ein Beitrag zur L\u00f6sung des Fachkr\u00e4ftemangels und zur Diversifizierung des Talentpools technischer Arbeitskr\u00e4fte geleistet und so die Innovations- und Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit Deutschlands gest\u00e4rkt.
