Dieser Trend betrifft branchen\u00fcbergreifend alle Unternehmen und erfordert fundierte strategische Entscheidungen. Auch deutsche Start-Ups haben bewiesen, dass sie beeindruckende Digitale \u00d6kosysteme aufbauen k\u00f6nnen. Entscheidend f\u00fcr den langfristigen Erfolg eines Digitalen \u00d6kosystems ist insbesondere die Gestaltung eines tragf\u00e4higen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells. Diese Arbeit untersucht daher die Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung von Plattformeinnahmemodellen im Kontext Digitaler \u00d6kosysteme in Deutschland. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine Taxonomie entwickelt, die die relevanten Dimensionen und Charakteristika von Plattformeinnahmemodellen strukturiert. Auf Grundlage der Taxonomie wurden f\u00fcnf Muster f\u00fcr Plattformeinnahmemodelle entwickelt und als Musterkarten visualisiert, um den Gestaltungsprozess und die Ideenfindung durch erfolgreiche Referenzplattformen zu unterst\u00fctzen. Die Muster werden anhand praxisnaher Beispiele deutscher Start-ups, wie dem transaktionsbasierten Modell von empto oder dem abonnementbasierten Modell von Tyre24, veranschaulicht. Die Musterkarten unterst\u00fctzen die Anwendbarkeit der theoretischen Modelle in der Praxis, indem die zu treffenden Entscheidungen bez\u00fcglich eines Einnahmemodells auf die wesentlichen Faktoren heruntergebrochen und ad\u00e4quat dargeboten werden. Die Zielgruppe sind insbesondere F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im digitalen Unternehmertum, die Plattformeinnahmemodelle gestalten und implementieren m\u00f6chten.
