Der Ansatz der sogenannten \u201eTwin Transformation\u201c, welcher die Synergiepotenziale zwischen digitaler und nachhaltiger Transformation heben soll, wird in Literatur und ersten Projekten als vielversprechend eingestuft. Allerdings wird hierbei oftmals dem Thema Mobilit\u00e4t wenig bis kaum Relevanz einger\u00e4umt, obwohl gerade im betrieblichen Kontext Synergien und Schnittstellen zu den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung vorliegen. Im Rahmen einer Fallstudie \u00fcber das Living Lab des <jats:italic>fim<\/jats:italic>\u00a0Forschungsinstituts f\u00fcr Informationsmanagement in Augsburg adressiert dieser Beitrag die skizzierte L\u00fccke, wie wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse im kleinen Rahmen in der Praxis Anwendung finden k\u00f6nnen, um E\u2011Mobilit\u00e4t, Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit im organisationalen Kontext gemeinsam voranzutreiben. Im Living Lab, welches unidirektionale und bidirektionale Lades\u00e4ulen f\u00fcr Elektrofahrzeuge umfasst, wird dabei unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung von individuellen Nutzeranforderungen die Nutzung selbst erzeugten Solarstroms optimiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass durch die intelligente Steuerung der Ladevorg\u00e4nge sowohl die Betriebskosten gesenkt als auch der Eigenverbrauch und die Autarkie erh\u00f6ht werden konnten.
