Insbesondere hat sich Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) als vielversprechender Ansatz herausgestellt, um verschiedene Verkehrstr\u00e4ger wie den \u00f6ffentlichen Nahverkehr, Carsharing und Mikromobilit\u00e4t in eine nahtlose digitale Plattform zu integrieren. W\u00e4hrend das Potenzial von MaaS, den Individualverkehr zu reduzieren und umweltfreundliche Alternativen zu f\u00f6rdern, allgemein anerkannt ist, stellen die unterschiedlichen institutionellen Logiken zwischen \u00f6ffentlichen und privatwirtschaftlichen Akteuren nach wie vor ein wesentliches Hindernis f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung dar. Die aktuelle Forschung zu MaaS konzentriert sich \u00fcberwiegend auf technologische und nutzerorientierte Aspekte und vernachl\u00e4ssigt institutionelle und kooperationsspezifische Herausforderungen. Dieses Papier adressiert diese Forschungsl\u00fccke, indem es untersucht, wie \u00f6ffentliche und privatwirtschaftliche Akteure innerhalb von MaaS-\u00d6kosystemen mit institutionellen Divergenzen umgehen, wie z.\u202fB. Unterschiede in den regulatorischen Anforderungen, wirtschaftlichen Priorit\u00e4ten und Organisationsstrukturen. Aufbauend auf einem qualitativen Fallstudienansatz analysierten wir 10\u00a0Experteninterviews, die mit \u00f6ffentlichen Plattformbetreibern und privatwirtschaftlichen Mobilit\u00e4tsanbietern gef\u00fchrt wurden, die an einem MaaS-Projekt in einer deutschen Stadt beteiligt waren. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass institutionelle Divergenzen, insbesondere zwischen staatlich und marktwirtschaftlich motivierten Logiken, Spannungen erzeugen, die die Zusammenarbeit behindern. Diese Spannungen k\u00f6nnen jedoch durch partnerschaftliche Kommunikation, gezielte institutionelle Anpassungen und die \u00dcbernahme experimenteller Ans\u00e4tze gemildert werden. Diese Studie tr\u00e4gt zum theoretischen Verst\u00e4ndnis institutioneller Logiken in MaaS-\u00d6kosystemen bei und hebt das Potenzial unterschiedlicher Logiken zur F\u00f6rderung von Innovation hervor, wenn sie effektiv gemanagt werden.
