Traditionelle Mobilit\u00e4tsanbieter m\u00fcssen sich zu Mobility Service Providern wandeln, um den Anforderungen einer vernetzten und geteilten Mobilit\u00e4t gerecht zu werden. Jedoch weisen bestehende Angebote in diesem Bereich, Mobility-as-a-Service, Defizite auf, die Kundenorientierung konsequent umzusetzen. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es daher, Anforderungen an die Gestaltung von Mobility-as-a-Service-Angeboten zu identifizieren, die eine hohe Kundenakzeptanz erreichen. Im Fokus stehen dabei die Erforschung divergierender Kundenpr\u00e4ferenzen sowie die Art der B\u00fcndelung von Mobilit\u00e4tsdiensten. Daf\u00fcr wurde eine Conjoint-Analyse basierend auf Daten von 503 Befragten zur Sch\u00e4tzung der Pr\u00e4ferenz einzelner Merkmale eines Mobilit\u00e4tsb\u00fcndels verwendet. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die monatliche Zahlungsbereitschaft f\u00fcr ein Mobility-as-a-Service-Angebotsb\u00fcndel durchschnittlich bei 208\u202f\u20ac liegt. Das Mobilit\u00e4tsb\u00fcndel sollte f\u00fcr alle Segmente den \u00f6ffentlichen Personennahverkehr im monatlichen Abonnement enthalten, je nach betrachtetem Segment auch Bike- und Car-Sharing. Die hohe Pr\u00e4ferenz f\u00fcr den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehr als Bestandteil vernetzter Mobilit\u00e4t wirft die Frage auf, ob dessen Betreiber die Steuerung der Plattform \u00fcbernehmen sollte. Der Beitrag setzt sich durch die verwendeten Mobilit\u00e4tsdienste sowie die Methode der Benefit-Segmentierung basierend auf den generierten Nutzenwerten vom bisherigen Stand der Forschung zu Mobility-as-a-Service in Deutschland ab.
