In der EU wird dies insbesondere durch den <jats:italic>European Green Deal<\/jats:italic> forciert, der vorschreibt, dass alle \u00d6PNV-Betriebe ihr Fahrzeugflotten bis 2050 auf nachhaltige Antriebstechnologien umstellen m\u00fcssen. Dies erfolgt in Abw\u00e4gung zwischen Kosten und Emissionen aktuell in erster Linie mit der Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme elektrisch betriebener Busse (E-Busse). Betrieb und Einsatz weichen dabei von klassischen Dieselbussen ab, da die Reichweiten begrenzt und zudem von zahlreichen Faktoren abh\u00e4ngen. Erste adaptive, auf Machine Learning (ML) basierende Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr die Vorhersage des Energieverbrauchs wurden bereits in der Wissenschaft untersucht, bleiben aber meist theoretischer Natur und eine praxisnahe Betrachtung unter Einbezug betrieblicher Daten fehlt. Der vorliegende Beitrag schlie\u00dft diese L\u00fccke und stellt die Ergebnisse, die in Kooperation mit der Hamburger Hochbahn AG erarbeitet wurden, vor. Mit einem anwendungszentrierten und gestaltungsorientierten Ansatz sind betriebliche Daten analysiert, f\u00fcnfzehn Experteninterviews durchgef\u00fchrt und mehrere ML-Modelle trainiert worden, um Energieverbr\u00e4uche von E\u2011Bussen mit einer durchschnittlichen Abweichung von unter 0,4\u202f% zuverl\u00e4ssig vorherzusagen.
