Der rasante Fortschritt der Smart-Living-Technologie f\u00fchrt zur immer umfassenderen digitalen Steuerung von Wohnumgebungen sowie der Analyse von Verbrauchsdaten. Aufgrund verschiedener technischer und organisatorischer Barrieren k\u00f6nnen Daten aus Anwendungen jedoch nicht ohne Weiteres auf andere Anbieter oder unabh\u00e4ngige L\u00f6sungen \u00fcbertragen werden, um sie flexibel einzusetzen oder Synergien in der Datenerhebung zu nutzen. Dadurch stehen Privatpersonen der Herausforderung entgegen, das Potenzial ihrer Daten aus Smart-Living-Anwendungen vollst\u00e4ndig zu nutzen und diese unabh\u00e4ngig und plattform\u00fcbergreifend einzusetzen. Dieser Beitrag untersucht die beidseitigen Anforderungen an Anwendungsanbieter und Privatpersonen, um Daten aus einer Anwendung im Smart-Living-Bereich f\u00fcr andere datenbasierte Angebote zu \u00f6ffnen. Aus den Ergebnissen wird ein Modell f\u00fcr den Abruf und die Nutzung der eigenen Daten von Privatpersonen abgeleitet. Das Modell zeigt auf, welche Mehrwerte sich aus einer interoperablen Datennutzung ergeben und in welchen F\u00e4llen auch Serviceanbieter von der aktiven Teilnahme an einer Datenweitergabe profitieren k\u00f6nnen.
