Diese Angebote werden oftmals als Grundlage f\u00fcr unterschiedliche, h\u00e4ufig nicht-kommerzielle Applikationen genutzt. Die Nutzung unterliegt in der Regel nicht der Regelung durch einen Vertrag, sondern durch Richtlinien. Die bereitgestellten Daten und Angebote unterliegen jedoch einer dynamischen Ver\u00e4nderung, da sie sich fortentwickeln oder durch neue Angebote ersetzt werden. Die Art und Weise der Kommunikation solcher \u00c4nderungen in Bezug auf Daten oder Schnittstellen seitens der Anbieter von Open Government Data (OGD) ist in vielen F\u00e4llen nicht ausf\u00fchrlich dokumentiert. Dies impliziert, dass OGD-Applikationen, die von diesen Daten abh\u00e4ngen, eine kontinuierliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der \u00c4nderungen, Konsistenz und Verf\u00fcgbarkeit gew\u00e4hrleisten m\u00fcssen. Dies resultiert in einer suboptimalen Nutzung von OGD, sowie in nur wenigen langfristig existierenden Applikationen. Eine Webapplikation, die als Hobbyprojekt bereits seit 2015 existiert und f\u00fcr eine Gro\u00dfstadt mit mehr als einer Million Einwohner*innen Abfahrtszeiten von \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln je Haltestelle in Echtzeit darstellt, dient als Basis f\u00fcr eine Analyse von Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten, \u00c4nderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf diese OGD-Applikation. Die Analyse hat ergeben, dass spezifische \u00c4nderungen seitens des OGD-Anbieters zu einer Nichtverf\u00fcgbarkeit der Applikation f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen. Aus den identifizierten Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten wurden vier Typen abgeleitet, die sich in ihren Auswirkungen auf die OGD-Applikation und deren Verf\u00fcgbarkeit unterscheiden.
