Sendo a escola um contexto significativo da vida das crian\u00e7as e jovens adolescentes, debru\u00e7\u00e1mo-nos sobre a influ\u00eancia dos professores, mais especificamente, na perce\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio dos professores por parte dos alunos no seu processo de desenvolvimento de carreira, nomeadamente ao n\u00edvel dos interesses, perce\u00e7\u00f5es de compet\u00eancia e aspira\u00e7\u00f5es educativas e profissionais. Face \u00e0 escassez de medidas deste constructo, apresentamos, neste artigo, dados da valida\u00e7\u00e3o da tradu\u00e7\u00e3o e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da vers\u00e3o portuguesa da Teacher Support Scale (McWhirter, 1996).
