The objective of this study is to analyze works that discuss the continuing education of the School Manager, identifying gaps in legislation and perspectives on the future of the subject. Therefore, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out, proposed by Kitchenham and Charters (2007), of a qualitative and bibliographical nature. It is evidenced that training should be broad and diversified.
