O objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar como os discursos dessa organiza\u00e7\u00e3o influenciam a formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas educacionais, com \u00eanfase nas diretrizes voltadas para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o inicial e continuada de professores. Nesse sentido, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o destaca que, por meio de relat\u00f3rios e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, a OCDE exerce um papel influente nas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas ao oferecer dados que auxiliam diversos pa\u00edses na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas educacionais e na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas de melhoria, ao mesmo tempo em que promove uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o alinhada \u00e0s demandas do mercado. Por essas raz\u00f5es, compreender o papel da OCDE torna-se fundamental para examinar como suas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es moldam as pol\u00edticas nacionais e influenciam a forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente. O estudo seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa, que combina pesquisa documental e bibliogr\u00e1fica. A metodologia do trabalho fundamentou-se na An\u00e1lise de Conte\u00fado, de Bardin (2011), que contempla etapas que incluem a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de corpus discursivo e a an\u00e1lise dos significados expl\u00edcitos e impl\u00edcitos presentes nos textos. Em linhas gerais, os resultados da pesquisa apontaram que a OCDE prop\u00f5e uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o docente alinhada \u00e0s demandas econ\u00f4micas globais, fundamentada em evid\u00eancias, \u00e0 integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre teoria e pr\u00e1tica e voltada ao desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias que capacitem os educadores para os desafios atuais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o.
