O artigo tem dois momentos: no primeiro, explorei uma leitura de Filosofia enquanto caminho, e, num segundo momento, defendi que este caminho articula a dimens\u00e3o \u00e9tica e a dimens\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, atrav\u00e9s de uma experi\u00eancia (necess\u00e1ria) espec\u00edfica de parresia pessoal. Defendo que a verdade enquanto desvelamento exige sempre a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do indiv\u00edduo em sujeito, isto \u00e9, em pessoa moral, o que requer, nesse processo, o compromisso com a coer\u00eancia de si, atrav\u00e9s de uma pr\u00e1tica de dizer-a-verdade.\nPalavras-chave: Foucault; Heidegger; Parresia; Verdade\nPhilosophical Life and the search for truth - a dialogue between Heidegger and Foucault\nAbstract: In this article, based on a dialogue with Heidegger and Foucault, punctually mediated by a return to the Ancients and in particular to Socrates, I try to resume the problem and question of philosophical Life, in its relationship with the search for truth. The article has two moments: in the first, I explored a reading of Philosophy as a path, and, in a second moment, I argued that this path articulates the ethical dimension and the political dimension, through a specific (necessary) experience of personal parrhesia. I argue that truth as unveiling always requires the transformation of the individual into a subject, that is, into a moral person, which requires, in this process, a commitment to self-coherence, through a practice of telling the truth.\nKey-words: Foucault; Heidegger; Parrhesia; Truth\nLa vie philosophique et la recherche de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 - un dialogue entre Heidegger et Foucault\nResum\u00e9: Dans cet article, \u00e0 partir d'un dialogue avec Heidegger et Foucault, m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 ponctuellement par un retour aux Anciens et en particulier \u00e0 Socrate, j'essaie de reprendre le probl\u00e8me et la question de la Vie philosophique, dans son rapport \u00e0 la recherche de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. L'article comporte deux moments : dans le premier, j'ai explor\u00e9 une lecture de la Philosophie comme voie, et, dans un second temps, j'ai soutenu que cette voie articule la dimension \u00e9thique et la dimension politique, \u00e0 travers une exp\u00e9rience sp\u00e9cifique (n\u00e9cessaire) de parrh\u00e9sie.
