Team agility plays an important role in determining the agility of IoT project organizations. Thus the paper aims to evaluate the team agility level of IoT projects using multi-grade fuzzy and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The team agility index is computed using multi-grade fuzzy for the case IoT project is 7.63 which is between the ranges (6-8) which specifies as \u2018Highly Agile\u2019. The IPA is applied to identify the weaker attributes to improve the team agility of case IoT project.
