Effektives Training erfordert hohe Muskelkr\u00e4fte, die gleichzeitig hohe Belastungen von\nbereits gesch\u00e4digten Strukturen bedeuten. Um trainingsinduzierte Sch\u00e4digungen zu vermeiden, m\u00fcssen diese Kr\u00e4fte\nkontrolliert werden. Mit heutigen Trainingsger\u00e4ten k\u00f6nnen diese Ziele allerdings nicht erreicht werden. F\u00fcr ein sicheres\nund effektives Training sollen durch den Einsatz der Robotik, Sensorik, eines Regelkreises sowie Muskel-Skelett-Modellen\nBelastungen am Zielgewebe direkt berechnet und kontrolliert werden.
