Diese Studie analysiert die Verz\u00f6gerungszeiten der Kommunikations- und Koordinationsprozesse in Agentensystemen anhand von zwei industriellen Anwendungsf\u00e4llen. Durch die Kategorisierung von Nachrichten werden die lokalen und Netzwerk-Verz\u00f6gerungen jeder Nachricht modelliert, gemessen und verglichen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Modellierung von Verz\u00f6gerungszeiten vor der Implementierung zu einem effizienteren Ansatz bei der Ausarbeitung der harten und weichen Echtzeitf\u00e4higkeiten komplexer Systeme f\u00fchren kann.
