{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2026,3,5]],"date-time":"2026-03-05T10:50:28Z","timestamp":1772707828165,"version":"3.50.1"},"reference-count":32,"publisher":"Walter de Gruyter GmbH","issue":"2","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":[],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2003,2,20]]},"abstract":"<jats:title>Abstract<\/jats:title>\n            <jats:p>A homodimeric trypsin inhibitor with a molecular\nmass of 54 kDa was isolated from the seeds of\nClausena lansium (Lour) Skeels with a very simple\nprocedure comprising extraction with an aqueous\nbuffer and ion exchange chromatography on CM-cellulose.\nIt inhibited trypsin with an IC50 of 2.2 nM but was\nwithout any inhibitory effect on chymotrypsin and proteinase\nK. The uptake of MTT by human leukemia\nHL60 and hepatoma Hep G2 cells was inhibited with\nan IC50 of 100 uM. Translation in the cellfree rabbit\nreticulocyte lysate system was inhibited with an IC50\nof 3.6 uM.
