Dabei werden einige Problemfelder der aktuellen Forschung aufgezeigt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen das digitale Museumspublikum und sein Informationssuchverhalten. Ausgehend von verschiedenen, sehr heterogenen Studien wird versucht allgemeing\u00fcltige Erkenntnisse zum Suchverhalten des Online-Publikums zu gewinnen. Die daraus entwickelten Kategorien sollen Hinweise f\u00fcr die praktische Anwendung liefern, um Suchvorg\u00e4nge zu unterst\u00fctzen und erfolgreicher zu machen.
