Shortly after the publication of the cryptosystem, Beunardeau et al. described an attack with complexity \ud835\udcde(2\n                    <jats:sup>\n                      2\n                      <jats:italic>h<\/jats:italic>\n                    <\/jats:sup>\n                    ).
