Med. Vet. Zoot."],"abstract":"<jats:p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el agronegocio porcino creci\u00f3 significativamente a nivel nacional y departamental. Esta cadena productiva est\u00e1 conformada por proveedores de insumos, productores primarios, comercializadores, agroindustria, comercio mayorista, comercio minorista y consumidores. Este estudio caracteriz\u00f3 los agentes del mercado que interact\u00faan a lo largo de la cadena productiva, y adem\u00e1s cuantific\u00f3 los m\u00e1rgenes de comercializaci\u00f3n de la carne de cerdo en la subregi\u00f3n del Valle de Aburr\u00e1, departamento de Antioquia. Se aplic\u00f3 muestreo no probabil\u00edstico a conveniencia. Adicionalmente, se aplic\u00f3 una encuesta a 30 productores y entrevista semiestructurada a cinco agentes de mercadeo. Se encontraron dos circuitos de comercializaci\u00f3n principales: productor\u2013expendedor de carne y productor\u2013intermediario\u2013expendedor de carne. Los precios pagados a los agentes que interact\u00faan en el circuito de la carne de cerdo en el Valle de Aburr\u00e1 presentan tendencia al alza.
