Following 60 keV implantation of <jats:sup>167<\/jats:sup>Tm at a dose of 4\u00d710<jats:sup>13<\/jats:sup> cm<jats:sup>\u22122<\/jats:sup> and annealing at 600\u00b0C, more than 90% of <jats:sup>167m<\/jats:sup>Er is found close to tetrahedral insterstitial(T) sites. The tetra-hedral fraction of <jats:sup>167m<\/jats:sup>Er decreases considerably after 10min annealing at 800\u00b0C and above.
