Para el desarrollo del experimento de secado fueran utilizadas las temperaturas 30, 40, 50, 60 y 70 oC. El dise\u00f1o experimental fue de bloques completamente aleatorizados, con tres repeticiones. Para el ajuste de los modelos matem\u00e1ticos a los datos experimentales fue realizado el an\u00e1lisis de regresi\u00f3n no lineal, por el m\u00e9todo Simplex-Quasi-Newton.
