Enferm."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO  Objetivo: Avaliar as evid\u00eancias sobre a efetividade das interven\u00e7\u00f5es para fortalecer as cren\u00e7as de autoefic\u00e1cia em universit\u00e1rios.  M\u00e9todos: Revis\u00e3o Integrativa, realizada nas bases de dados Lilacs, PubMed, CinahL, Cochrane Collaboration Databases, Scopus e PsycInfo. A qualidade metodol\u00f3gica dos estudos foi avaliada por meio de ferramentas propostas pelo Joanna Briggs Institute e os resultados foram analisados de forma descritiva.  Resultados: Dos 10 estudos selecionados, seis demonstraram que as interven\u00e7\u00f5es para fortalecer a autoefic\u00e1cia foram efetivas (n\u00edveis de evid\u00eancias II e III) e quatro revelaram resultados contr\u00e1rios (n\u00edveis de evid\u00eancias I e II). Os programas direcionados ao fortalecimento da autoefic\u00e1cia devem possuir conte\u00fado sobre sa\u00fade mental positiva, estrat\u00e9gias de psicoeduca\u00e7\u00e3o, abranger o per\u00edodo de oito a doze semanas e considerar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcios para casa.  Conclus\u00e3o: A s\u00edntese das evid\u00eancias apontou caminhos para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um programa efetivo de fortalecimento das cren\u00e7as de autoefic\u00e1cia a ser implementado em
