P\u00fablica"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo Compreender a persist\u00eancia de concep\u00e7\u00f5es assim\u00e9tricas assentes em estereotipia de g\u00eanero de trabalhadores \u00e9 fundamental para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que desejem desenvolver planos de gest\u00e3o para a igualdade. O prop\u00f3sito deste estudo, realizado em Portugal, foi identificar se em contextos organizacionais altamente masculinizados, ou seja, majoritariamente masculinos, a estereotipia de g\u00eanero tende a ser mais acentuada. Para sua realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, aplicou-se o question\u00e1rio \u201cMen\u2019s Polarized Gender Thinking (MPGQ)\u201d a uma amostra de 160 trabalhadores de 2 organiza\u00e7\u00f5es - \u00c1guas Limpas e SOS. As participa\u00e7\u00f5es no mercado de trabalho dos homens com n\u00edveis de instru\u00e7\u00e3o mais elevados se articulam com atitudes mais igualitaristas, ao passo que s\u00e3o os menos escolarizados que menos reconhecem as desigualdades. A escolariza\u00e7\u00e3o e a educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos indiv\u00edduos s\u00e3o consideradas fundamentais, pois se destacam como importante vetor de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema de cren\u00e7as e de valores sociais mais igualit\u00e1rios. Os resultados. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que as atitudes dos homens em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 igualdade de g\u00eanero n\u00e3o se distribuem aleatoriamente.
