Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2014,1]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>A crescente complexidade dos desafios do setor da sa\u00fade implica um aumento das responsabilidades para aqueles que nela assumem fun\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o. H\u00e1 consenso que a qualidade da for\u00e7a de trabalho em sa\u00fade \u00e9 um fator cr\u00edtico para o sucesso de qualquer reforma no setor. O objetivo desta investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 estudar e analisar a altera\u00e7\u00e3o induzida por uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00e3o-a\u00e7\u00e3o intensiva na cultura organizacional de 73 diretores executivos dos Agrupamentos dos Centros de Sa\u00fade (ACES) em Portugal durante a reforma na aten\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 sa\u00fade. Os dados foram coletados e analisados em dois per\u00edodos temporais, antes e depois da interven\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Avan\u00e7ado em Gest\u00e3o, Governa\u00e7\u00e3o Cl\u00ednica e Lideran\u00e7a para os ACES, o qual teve um ano de dura\u00e7\u00e3o.
