Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica"],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo: O objetivo foi analisar o efeito de diferentes estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o nas aulas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica sobre a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo em comportamento sedent\u00e1rio. Trata-se de uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o randomizada, de base escolar e caracter\u00edstica fatorial, realizada com estudantes de 1\u00ba ano do ensino m\u00e9dio de 11 escolas de tempo integral, em tr\u00eas situa\u00e7\u00f5es de interven\u00e7\u00e3o: (A) escolas com duas aulas extras de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica por semana; (B) escolas com a\u00e7\u00f5es de treinamento e engajamento para professores de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica; (C) escolas com a uni\u00e3o das estrat\u00e9gias A e B; e (D) um grupo de escolas controle. Acelerometria foi utilizada para obter a medida de efeito do desfecho principal (comportamento sedent\u00e1rio). Regress\u00e3o linear foi utilizada tanto para a an\u00e1lise da varia\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo em comportamento sedent\u00e1rio entre o baseline e p\u00f3s-interven\u00e7\u00e3o como para a an\u00e1lise de potenciais fatores mediadores da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e desfecho. Participaram do estudo 1.295 estudantes. A interven\u00e7\u00e3o B foi capaz de reduzir significativamente o tempo em comportamento sedent\u00e1rio de meninos (61,5 minutos, p &lt; 0,01) e meninas (34,8 minutos, p = 0,04) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao grupo controle, demonstrando respectivamente tamanhos de efeitos m\u00e9dio (0,61) e pequeno (0,32). A redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo em comportamento sedent\u00e1rio entre os estudantes do grupo B foi significativamente mediada pela redu\u00e7\u00e3o da amotiva\u00e7\u00e3o (AMO) (meninos c: -0,402; e meninas c: -0,376).
