{"status":"ok","message-type":"work","message-version":"1.0.0","message":{"indexed":{"date-parts":[[2023,7,24]],"date-time":"2023-07-24T21:39:41Z","timestamp":1690234781937},"reference-count":52,"publisher":"FapUNIFESP (SciELO)","issue":"2","content-domain":{"domain":[],"crossmark-restriction":false},"short-container-title":["Psic.: Teor. e Pesq."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2016]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO Procuramos compreender (a) se a estrutura pentadimensional (dimens\u00f5es: adaptabilidade; valia dos mais velhos para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o; conscienciosidade e lealdade; capital social e generosidade; desempenho) do instrumento de medida das atitudes dos gestores perante os trabalhadores mais velhos anteriormente desenvolvido \u00e9 replicada em uma amostra de estudantes universit\u00e1rios e (b) se essas atitudes ajudam a explicar as decis\u00f5es dos estudantes. A amostra envolveu 278 estudantes universit\u00e1rios portugueses.
