Apesar de valorizarem m\u00e9todos ativos de ensino, tais como a Metodologia de Trabalho de Projeto, a press\u00e3o sentida nesta fase leva a que os professores em in\u00edcio de carreira experienciem dificuldades de natureza diversa na sua implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. Este estudo visa conhecer a forma como os professores do 1.\u00ba Ciclo do Ensino B\u00e1sico, em in\u00edcio de carreira, integram a Metodologia de Trabalho de Projeto nas suas pr\u00e1ticas educativas. Os dados foram recolhidos atrav\u00e9s de entrevistas semiestruturadas e da an\u00e1lise documental ao esp\u00f3lio de oito professores. Os resultados demonstram que os professores valorizam e procuram contemplar o Trabalho de Projeto nas suas pr\u00e1ticas educativas.
