Utilizou-se a tecnologia de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, no Modelo de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Risco Potencial (MARP) e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria brasileira. Estruturaram-se 12 dimens\u00f5es, 41 m\u00f3dulos, 57 indicadores de controle de riscos (cr\u00edticos\/n\u00e3o cr\u00edticos), numa escala de 0-5, totalizando 1.512 \u00edndices com codifica\u00e7\u00e3o de respostas fechadas. O IQIS foi validado com o Coeficiente de Kappa, com excelente concord\u00e2ncia para atributos de clareza e relev\u00e2ncia (k = 0,82 e k = 0,92) e boa concord\u00e2ncia para o atributo aplicabilidade (k = 0,78). O teste de Kruskal-Wallis mostrou inexistir diferen\u00e7a significativa entre as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es (p = 0,423), o Coeficiente de Correla\u00e7\u00e3o Intraclasse foi satisfat\u00f3rio (CCI = 0,53), o Alpha de Cronbach (\u03b1 = 0,71) aceit\u00e1vel. O resultado final possibilitou classificar o servi\u00e7o como tendo risco sanit\u00e1rio inaceit\u00e1vel.
