Considerando a import\u00e2ncia de inclus\u00e3o da diversidade e pluralidade de vozes e experi\u00eancias, os m\u00e9todos e t\u00e9cnicas ativas representam uma abordagem ampla e contextualizada para este fim. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, que utilizou as duas t\u00e9cnicas ativas e participativas para indagar sobre a sa\u00fade mental de educadores de uma comunidade escolar. O \u201cVaral da Sa\u00fade Mental\u201d objetiva a compreens\u00e3o de experi\u00eancias negativas e positivas relacionadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade mental das pessoas. As \u201cRodas de Di\u00e1logo\u201d s\u00e3o utilizadas como t\u00e9cnicas formativas, promovendo a express\u00e3o de sentimentos, pensamentos e comportamentos relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Os principais n\u00facleos de sentido relacionados \u00e0s experi\u00eancias negativas dos educadores foram as viv\u00eancias de enfermidades e conflitos no trabalho e pessoais. Os positivos foram os relacionamentos pessoais e profissionais e a esperan\u00e7a.
