No entanto, estudos apontam para a fragilidade metodol\u00f3gica dos programas\/projetos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental voltados para a gest\u00e3o de recursos h\u00eddricos. Nessa perspectiva, elaboramos o Sistema de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Programas e Projetos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental para Gest\u00e3o de Recursos H\u00eddricos (SAPEA-\u00c1gua), com base em uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa que combinou pesquisa bibliogr\u00e1fica e an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado de documentos balizadores da educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, com a finalidade de avaliar o n\u00edvel de contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, interdisciplinaridade, participa\u00e7\u00e3o, sustentabilidade, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas\/projetos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental.
