Em crian\u00e7as com Perturba\u00e7\u00e3o do Espectro do Autismo (PEA), estas capacidades se tornam ainda muito mais significativas, considerando o papel relevante que desempenham para uma vida independente bem-sucedida. O uso da tecnologia \u00e9 referido como uma forma eficaz de trabalhar o conte\u00fado acad\u00eamico com crian\u00e7as com PEA, possibilitando a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de ambientes criativos e construtivos onde se podem desenvolver atividades diferenciadas, significativas e de qualidade. No entanto, o desenvolvimento de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas para crian\u00e7as e jovens com PEA continua a merecer pouca aten\u00e7\u00e3o, nomeadamente as que dizem respeito ao desenvolvimento do pensamento geom\u00e9trico. O objetivo deste artigo \u00e9 relatar os principais resultados obtidos com crian\u00e7as com PEA utilizando o ambiente digital Learning Environment on Mathematics for Autistic Children desenvolvido, particularmente, no que se refere \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o das suas capacidades matem\u00e1ticas fundamentais em geometria.
