A poesia para a inf\u00e2ncia, acolhendo diversas formas e tem\u00e1ticas, permite que se estabele\u00e7am pontes de articula\u00e7\u00e3o com a matem\u00e1tica, proporcionando experi\u00eancias de aprendizagem motivadoras e contextualizadas. No presente artigo, apresentam-se resultados de um estudo qualitativo no qual se mobilizam poemas da autoria de poetas portugueses - Para baixo e para cima (Pina, 1974), Ovo (M\u00e9sseder, 2016) e Formiguinha descal\u00e7a (Ara\u00fajo, 1988), bem como os respectivos percursos de aprendizagem, constru\u00eddos e desenvolvidos com crian\u00e7as de 4 anos.
