Para isso, \u00e9 fundamental construir um novo lugar institucional, que traga a profiss\u00e3o para dentro das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Entre partes, defende-se que a forma\u00e7\u00e3o deve consolidar a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de cada pessoa como profissional e a pr\u00f3pria posi\u00e7\u00e3o da profiss\u00e3o. Na segunda parte, \u00e9 abordada a necessidade de reorganizar o lugar da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores, desdobrando o conceito de posi\u00e7\u00e3o em cinco movimentos: disposi\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, interposi\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, composi\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica, recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o investigativa e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. O texto conclui com uma coda, na qual se insiste sobre a import\u00e2ncia da profiss\u00e3o para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e da forma\u00e7\u00e3o para a
