Pesqui."],"abstract":"<jats:p>RESUMO Este artigo aborda as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de adultos em Portugal desde 1974, a partir de tr\u00eas l\u00f3gicas: a l\u00f3gica democr\u00e1tica-emancipat\u00f3ria; a de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e de controlo estatal; e a l\u00f3gica da gest\u00e3o de recursos humanos.
