Pesqui."],"abstract":"<jats:p>Resumo O presente estudo pretende identificar os modelos de desenvolvimento profissional mais relevantes para um grupo de educadoras de creche portuguesas, procurando conhecer as suas prefer\u00eancias relativamente a formatos, temas e tipos de atividade de desenvolvimento profissional e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es em que o v\u00eddeo-feedback poder\u00e1 ser mais relevante para essas profissionais. Foram realizadas entrevistas com 26 participantes, ap\u00f3s visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00eddeos das suas pr\u00e1ticas em contexto real. Os resultados mostram que o recurso a v\u00eddeos \u00e9 visto como uma ferramenta potencialmente relevante para a reflex\u00e3o, melhoria e refor\u00e7o da pr\u00e1tica profissional, sendo, no entanto, necess\u00e1rio garantir o seu devido enquadramento.
