Nesse contexto, o exame cl\u00ednico objetivo estruturado (OSCE) tem papel fundamental.  Objetivos  Descrever as etapas de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um OSCE, bem como a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade das esta\u00e7\u00f5es e a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do estudante de Medicina sobre a sua realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.  M\u00e9todo  O estudo \u00e9 composto pela realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um OSCE com quatro esta\u00e7\u00f5es por 16 estudantes de Medicina e pela an\u00e1lise da qualidade psicom\u00e9trica e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de um question\u00e1rio de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o.  Resultados  Para os estudantes, o OSCE \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo que melhor avalia e ensina essas compet\u00eancias, ao passo que os testes de m\u00faltipla escolha est\u00e3o no polo oposto quanto \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 qualidade m\u00faltipla das esta\u00e7\u00f5es: duas se apresentaram com boa confiabilidade, uma se tornou satisfat\u00f3ria ap\u00f3s adequa\u00e7\u00e3o e uma se revelou inconsistente.  Conclus\u00e3o  Mesmo bem avaliadas pelos estudantes, algumas esta\u00e7\u00f5es apresentaram falhas.
