Este \u00e9 um texto sobre reflex\u00f5es de como a pandemia est\u00e1 mobilizando as escolas m\u00e9dicas e se as mudan\u00e7as induzidas pela emerg\u00eancia sanit\u00e1ria nos paradigmas pedag\u00f3gicos ser\u00e3o revertidas em mudan\u00e7as culturais. Desenvolvimento: A experi\u00eancia de confinamento tem sido emocionalmente rica, entremeada por desafios, mergulhos pedag\u00f3gicos reflexivos e muito trabalho. Analisamos o confronto entre a pandemia e as escolas m\u00e9dicas, com \u00eanfase nos questionamentos a respeito das adapta\u00e7\u00f5es e se ser\u00e3o revertidas em mudan\u00e7as culturais. O desenvolvimento docente n\u00e3o tem sido priorizado nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica, e a troca do presencial para o remoto n\u00e3o garante mudan\u00e7as.
