O curr\u00edculo oculto, emergente de modelos e pr\u00e1ticas observados em ambientes cl\u00ednicos, desempenha papel crucial na constru\u00e7\u00e3o dessa identidade, especialmente em contextos culturais distintos como Brasil e Portugal.  Objetivo:  Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de concluintes de Medicina sobre as influ\u00eancias na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de sua identidade profissional durante a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, destacando similaridades e diferen\u00e7as entre os dois pa\u00edses.  M\u00e9todo:  Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo realizado com 32 estudantes (11 brasileiros e 21 portugueses), em que se utilizaram entrevistas semiestruturadas e atividade criativa de desenhos. Os dados foram avaliados por meio de an\u00e1lise de conte\u00fado tem\u00e1tica.  Resultado:  Foram identificados tr\u00eas temas centrais : persist\u00eancia do ideal, transforma\u00e7\u00f5es no percurso e influ\u00eancia dos modelos. Persistiu nos participantes a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o intr\u00ednseca de \u201cajudar pessoas\u201d, presente desde o ingresso no curso. A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a modelos positivos (humaniza\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9tica) e negativos (pr\u00e1ticas desumanizadas) moldou suas percep\u00e7\u00f5es. Os estudantes brasileiros relataram maior influ\u00eancia da pr\u00e1tica cl\u00ednica precoce, enquanto os portugueses destacaram mudan\u00e7as no contexto de atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional. O curr\u00edculo oculto, mediado por intera\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o formais, foi decisivo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade.  Conclus\u00e3o:  A forma\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade profissional \u00e9 profundamente impactada por modelos e pelo curr\u00edculo oculto.
